With direct supervision, assists more senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer HR programs across the span of HR areas.

Responsibilities

Posts positions to internal and external job search outlets; Accepts and conducts initial review of resumes

Some contact with applicants; Assists other HR team members in preparation for performance management and talent management cycle

Address routine questions by managers and employees; Assists in the coordination of local training

Coordination of corporate sponsored training

Training of development plans; Address well‑defined questions by managers and employees

Assist other HR team members in preparing for merit review process

Assists with completion of HR projects

Assists with compliance/audit activities

Data entry and filing

Assists with employee appreciation events/activities

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

University degree in Business, or HR Management

1‑2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment

Spanish fluency
