What you'll do
Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love.
Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.
Digital Tools & Product Knowledge
Demonstrate how our coverage stacks up in customers’ neighborhoods and how plans and services keep them connected.
Show how we’re redefining wireless, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
Training & Development Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, system knowledge, and reference resources.
Team Collaboration
Own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless environment.
Identify and hand‑off small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships and accountability for company success.
Maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude.
Ideal Candidate
Leadership skills.
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Willingness to lead the team while serving customers and resolving issues.
Operational, financial, and performance management effectiveness.
Excellent communication skills with team and customers.
Prior wireless sales experience.
