Leasing Consultant
Full‑time position at North Shore Gardens. We are seeking polished, engaging, and energetic salespeople with sales/customer service experience (high‑end retail, leasing, hospitality, etc.) to help drive leasing at a dynamic apartment community. General Summary Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects
Ensure individual and group leasing targets are achieved and communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager
Respond quickly and effectively to all online rental inquiries
Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability
Maintain leasing models, tour routes, and general property presentation to the highest standards and report any issues
Close the leasing process by asking for the sale
Ensure accurate lead information in Resman and Knock
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter
Manage the community waitlist and communicate any changes to prospects
Warm call prospects as needed
Execute all screening procedures and prepare lease agreements and move‑in paperwork
Collect all moving‑in related fees and maintain correct documentation
Ensure “model open” signs and displays are posted and maintained daily
Provide support and assistance to all customer‑service efforts at the community
Complete other tasks as directed and assigned
