General Summary
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant handles all aspects of leasing production at the community. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects. Achieve individual and group leasing targets and communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager. Respond promptly and effectively to all online rental inquiries. Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for sales and leasing models, and communicate issues proactively. Keep the "tour route" clean and well-maintained, reporting problems as needed. Close the leasing process by asking for the sale. Ensure all lead information is accurate and complete in Resman and Knock. Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter. Manage the community waitlist and communicate updates to prospects. Warm call prospects as needed. Follow proper screening procedures. Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork. Collect all funds and move-in fees properly. Display "model open" signs daily, maintaining their appearance. Support customer service efforts at the community. Complete other tasks as assigned.
