General Summary
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant handles all leasing activities at the community. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects Achieve individual and group leasing targets; communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager Respond promptly and effectively to online rental inquiries Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for sales & leasing models, communicating issues proactively Maintain the "tour route" to high standards and communicate any problems Close leasing processes by asking for the sale Ensure lead information is accurate in Resman and Knock Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter Manage the community waitlist and communicate changes Warm call prospects as needed Execute screening procedures properly Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork Collect funds and move-in fees appropriately Maintain "model open" signs daily for appearance Support customer service efforts at the community Perform other tasks as assigned
