Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role, located in Nashville, TN, for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various events at the hotel. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing event budgets, organizing event logistics, and ensuring all events meet high standards of service. The role requires constant collaboration with other departments to deliver seamless and memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

Event Planning and Coordination expertise

Strong Communication, Client Management, and Negotiation skills

Proficiency in Vendor Management and Logistics

Ability to work collaboratively with Cross‑Functional Teams

Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills

Previous experience in hospitality or a similar field is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
