Join Novartis as an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) for Radioligand Therapy. The TLL is a customer-facing role within Marketing responsible for engaging and building productive relationships with Thought Leaders (TL), other key influencers, and associated organizations/institutions within the RLT therapeutic area(s). This position is responsible for curating advocacy and support, contributing to HCP education delivery and effectiveness, and gathering and sharing insights from the Thought Leader community within their assigned geographic area. Location & Travel

Location: Remote; covers the western half of the US; up to 80% travel. Must reside within the West territory. No relocation offered; only local candidates will be considered. Working hours and travel will be defined by the hiring manager. Key Responsibilities

Curate advocacy for respective brand(s), RLT and/or the organization through personal engagements using approved material, and by coordinating engagements between TLs and cross-functional partners (e.g., Marketing, Peer education, Medical Affairs), serving as a key contact between TLs and the organization. Educate and align TLs to Strategic Imperatives; contribute to HCP education by speaker nomination and readiness given TL knowledge and relationships. Serve as moderator/faculty for educational activities (e.g., Peer Exchange). Identify and execute educational activities/opportunities (e.g., Product Theaters); gather TL insights and triage to appropriate functions to inform commercial strategy and decisions. Coordinate national/regional conferences, state society meetings, and patient advocacy events (as appropriate), focusing on Urology-based events. Align across the organization to deliver a cohesive customer experience during events. Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field At least 5 years of experience in Thought Leader/Center of Excellence engagement within the pharmaceutical industry Ability to travel up to 80% of the time Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals Ability to develop and implement key strategies and to lead, motivate, develop, and influence others Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to prioritize, negotiate and problem solve Financial/budgetary experience Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment Desirable

Radioligand therapeutic area experience, specific to Urologists MBA or advanced degree preferred Compensation & Benefits

The salary for this position is expected to range between $145,600 and $270,400 per year. Final salary offered is based on factors such as relevant skills and experience, and will be reviewed periodically. Compensation includes a performance-based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards; US-based employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and other benefits. Generous paid time off including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves. You will be required to complete initial training in eight (8) hours or fewer per day and forty (40) hours per week. Additional Info
