Act as a coach/leader of warehouse associates and train teammates to fulfill their daily tasks in addition to the Lead’s tasks. Provide backup to the supervisor as needed. Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) and annual recertification training. Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations. Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution and handle loading, unloading, and storage operations. Complete applicable paperwork (e.g., shipping/tracking labels) per SOPs and applicable regulatory agencies (e.g., DOT, IATA, IMDG). Participate in inventory/cycle count activities and report variances to leadership. Perform daily safety inspections on forklift trucks and ensure the facility is inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs. Communicate and report incidents to the supervisor and ensure product rotation procedures are followed. Review and analyze daily production reports and serve as backup to other warehouse roles as needed. Additional duties may apply depending on department. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred and able to pass a background check and drug screen. Minimum 2 years of warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment. Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license. Competencies
