Pay Details

Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission.

Average first‑year earnings range from $55 K to $75 K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Top performing agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85 K+.

Job Details As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing.

Training period: 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Opportunities for rewards and recognition.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 a.m.–8 p.m. CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace and a wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.

Qualifications

2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.

Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty license required after hire.
