Overview The Director of HR Operations and Processes is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR operational functions and workflows across UF Health. This role ensures that HR services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The director will oversee core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, data management, compliance, and HR service delivery, while driving operational excellence and employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations leadership.

Experience in a healthcare organization strongly preferred.

Proven success in process improvement and operational leadership.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and systems.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead change and drive process innovation.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
