Overview
The Director of HR Technology and Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and digital solutions across UF Health. This role ensures that HR technology supports business goals, enhances the employee experience, and enables data-driven decision-making. The director will collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and operational leaders to deliver and optimize scalable, secure, and user-friendly HR technology solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field required. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-SCP, HRIP) preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR technology or HRIS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred. Proven experience implementing, stabilizing, and managing enterprise HR systems. Strong experience in Workday HR, with a preference for Workday ERP. Deep understanding of HR processes and systems architecture. Strong project management and change leadership skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of data privacy, security, and healthcare compliance standards.
