Requirements and Qualifications
3+ years of retail or customer service management experience (or 4+ years of U.S. military service)
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑focused environment
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
Minimum High School diploma or GED required
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the U.S.
Full‑time availability (regularly over 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
