The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to the growth of the company through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Payroll and Human Resources. This role will be responsible for supporting multiple facilities. Role And Responsibilities

Payroll

Process bi-weekly and additional required payrolls for all assigned business units using the Company HRIS system (UKG). Oversee and resolve issues with timekeeping system and inputs. Assist associates with payroll-related issues. Produce necessary reporting regarding payroll transactions. Compliance

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll. New Hire Processing

Complete onboarding, including pre-screening. Gather paperwork for data entry in the HRIS and other systems. Maintain accurate files and communicate status to relevant departments. Employment Information

Process changes related to personal information, employment, or compensation (including terminations). Maintain organized data and communicate updates to affected parties. Benefits Administration

Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. Manage COBRA and flexible benefit reporting. Assist with annual open enrollment and reimbursements. Inquiries

Respond to HR questions regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. Handle external inquiries related to associate data. HR Administration

Maintain employee files and manage HR forms. Recruitment

Provide administrative support as needed. Reporting

Prepare reports for tracking and auditing across departments. Other duties

Perform additional related tasks or projects as assigned. Key Competencies

Attention to Detail Communication Customer Focus Flexibility Initiative Interpersonal Relationships Planning/Organization and Follow Up Reliability Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred. Payroll certifications are a plus. 3-5 years experience in payroll processing for multiple groups. 3-5 years in HR administrative, coordination, or generalist roles. Computer Skills

3-5 years experience with HRIS and payroll software (UKG preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Seniority level
