Job Summary Growing and Award Winning Dealer Group located in the heart of the Crystal Coast is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a proven track record to join our team. We offer the ability to work for a dealership with a long history of profitability and excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate must possess the ability to manage technicians and service advisors, maintain profitability, recruit and hire new staff, set clear processes, and create a culture of excellent customer satisfaction. To be successful, an individual must be able to perform essential duties with consistency, communicate appropriately with customers, solve problems, and lead their team to meet monthly objectives. Responsibilities and Duties Forecast goals and objectives for the department Communicate with Parts Manager and Dispatcher to ensure timely turnaround of all vehicles Hold regular department meetings with technicians and service advisors Resolve customer issues Recruit and develop employees Manage Service Advisors, Detail, Porter, Technician schedules and pay plans Maintain a relationship with the factory Oversee training Oversee Warranty Claims and receivables processes Assist with vehicle diagnostics Maintain a safe working environment for all employees Qualifications and Skills At least 3 years experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to Lead a team and motivate Computer skills Valid Driver’s License Benefits Six figure earning potential with bonuses Comprehensive benefit package including: Health insurance, Dental and Vision coverage, 401k, paid vacation Advanced training Supportive Work environment…we want you to Succeed!
