About the Opportunity: We are an import dealership preparing for significant growth. As our Service Manager, youll play a key leadership rolenot just running daily operations but helping build and scale our service department from the ground up. Youll have the freedom to shape the processes, culture, and direction of the team.

What Youll Do: Lead day-to-day service operations, from customer intake to vehicle delivery Manage and motivate a small but skilled team of technicians and advisors Drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Implement service processes and improve workflow as we scale Build lasting relationships with customers and staff Coordinate with parts and sales departments for a seamless dealership experience Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a high-performance team Enhance customer experience, ensuring exceptional CSI scores and long-term customer loyalty Manage department budgets, expense controls, and revenue targets to optimize profitability Collaborate with dealership management and manufacturer to stay ahead of industry trends.

What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a import dealership Strong leadership and team building skill Organizational skills High standards for customer satisfaction and service quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Comfortable wearing many hats and pitching in where needed Passion for cars, people, and building something meaningful Ability to manage

service operations
