Company Overview A leading financial advisory firm with a legacy as one of the oldest independent investment banks, advising on transactions across various industries. They are seeking a Data Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical solutions in data-driven projects. Job Responsibilities Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data solutions. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping. Develop wireframes and mockups for Power Apps and Power BI dashboards. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain the sprint board for transparency. Develop test cases and perform testing alongside developers. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Validate REST and Microsoft Graph APIs using tools such as Postman or Swagger. Write SQL queries for data validation, profiling, and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-centric projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user stories. Experience creating wireframes and mockups for apps and dashboards. Familiarity with Power Platform and Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of data concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Experience with functional testing and data validation techniques. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
