About the Role
New York Life is seeking a professional and driven Recruiter to support our continued growth and talent acquisition initiatives. This position plays a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates who align with our company’s mission and values. The Recruiter will work closely with management to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and a strong pipeline of potential financial professionals.
Responsibilities
Source and identify prospective candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Support the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
Partner with management to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
Represent New York Life in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to excellence.
