Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen . We are currently seeking a full-time, year-round
Engineering Supervisor
to support the smooth operation and maintenance of our Aspen property. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting luxury hospitality. As Engineering Supervisor, youll play a key leadership role in overseeing the hotels physical operations and maintenance functions. You will supervise a skilled engineering team, ensure all building systems are maintained to the highest standards, and serve as a key contact for emergencies or escalations in the absence of the Director of Engineering. *Ideal start date no later than November 20, 2025. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily maintenance operations across hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Implement and manage a robust preventive maintenance program. Train, schedule, and evaluate engineering team members. Assist in planning capital improvements and special projects. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to emergency calls and ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Maintain compliance with local codes, safety procedures, and environmental standards. Work collaboratively with other departments and vendors to ensure seamless operations. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in building maintenance, ideally in hospitality. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems. Familiarity with local building, fire, and safety codes. Strong leadership skills. Proficiency with mobile work order systems and basic computer applications. Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment. Trade licenses/certifications and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) are a plus Rated by The Boston Globe as one of the
