About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team—primarily in property management, with future opportunities to assist in a wellness center. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, communicative, and confident handling office tasks plus basic bookkeeping duties.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right person
  • Schedule and confirm appointments; manage team calendars
  • Draft and send emails, memos, letters, and reports
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Help implement and maintain office procedures and workflows
  • Collaborate with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or admin training is a plus
  • Prior experience in an admin role; background in property management or wellness is a bonus
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communicator—both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, good at juggling tasks, and self-motivated
  • Professional, friendly, and easy to work with
