About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team—primarily in property management, with future opportunities to assist in a wellness center. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, communicative, and confident handling office tasks plus basic bookkeeping duties.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the right person
- Schedule and confirm appointments; manage team calendars
- Draft and send emails, memos, letters, and reports
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Help implement and maintain office procedures and workflows
- Collaborate with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
Who You Are
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or admin training is a plus
- Prior experience in an admin role; background in property management or wellness is a bonus
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communicator—both written and verbal
- Highly organized, good at juggling tasks, and self-motivated
- Professional, friendly, and easy to work with
