As an IT Project Coordinator, you will work closely with a Minneapolis-based team to support planning and execution of hardware installation projects. Your responsibilities will span project intake, documentation, procurement tracking, and coordination with technology stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deployment of network, server, and retail technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document project requirements and scope for infrastructure installations
- Track deliverables, timelines, and scope changes during project intake
- Coordinate with technology owners to gather necessary documentation
- Maintain and update project portals and SmartSheet logs
- Transfer and consolidate data across project management tools
- Publish team reports and maintain documentation repositories
- Support project managers with issue tracking, risk logs, and action items
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning and execution of hardware installations
- Experience in Smartsheet
- Experience with documentation tools such as SharePoint and Confluence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across diverse workstreams
- Familiarity with project management platforms: Jira, Slack
- Experience with logistics tracking systems
- Exposure to enterprise hardware technologies including:
- Network Equipment (Switches, WAPs)
- Structured Cabling (Cat6a, fiber, circuits)
- Server & Compute Equipment
- IP Telephony and Surveillance (CCTV, IP Phones)
- Retail Tech (POS systems, handheld devices)
- Power Infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, ATSs)
