We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Assist with event planning and logistics
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed
Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
