Role Overview: The Accounting Manager will lead the corporate accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliations across key accounts (cash, AP, AR, prepaid, accruals, etc.).
• Prepare and review journal entries, account analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Operations, Legal, Tax) to ensure accurate reporting.
• Drive improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and systems.
• Support audits and compliance activities as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.
