Overview

Conrad Indianapolis is searching for a dynamic Director of Finance to join their team. The luxury hotel features 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a business center, two dining establishments, an art gallery, spa & salon, and private residences, located at 50 W. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204.

Conrad Indianapolis is part of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a brand within Hilton Worldwide. The hotel is located at the Artsgarden/Circle Centre Mall area in downtown Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel, including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budgeting and forecasting, department management, and participation in and facilitation of meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Serve as financial advisor to hotel management and ownership.
  • Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses of the hotel.
  • Assist and counsel department heads in interpreting and analyzing financial data, and recommend actions to maximize hotel profitability.
  • Prepare annual plans, projections, and budgets.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members.
