Overview Conrad Indianapolis is searching for a dynamic Director of Finance to join their team. The luxury hotel features 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of meeting space, a business center, two dining establishments, an art gallery, spa & salon, and private residences, located at 50 W. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Conrad Indianapolis is part of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a brand within Hilton Worldwide. Responsibilities Direct and administer all financial operations of the hotel, including asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, hotel-wide budgeting and forecasting, department management, and participation in and facilitation of meetings. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Serve as financial advisor to hotel management and ownership. Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses of the hotel. Assist and counsel department heads in interpreting and analyzing financial data, and recommend actions to maximize hotel profitability. Prepare annual plans, projections, and budgets. Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition. Recruit, interview, and train team members.
