Customer Service Representative

Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 / year

  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage

  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid Time Off: 15 days PTO annually, plus 10 paid holidays

  • Other compensation: eligibility for performance bonuses

Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. This role requires patience, empathy, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Process orders, returns, and account updates

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly

  • Document interactions in CRM system

  • Collaborate with peers and escalate complex issues when needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask

  • Team-oriented approach with attention to detail
