Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 / year

Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. This role requires patience, empathy, and clear communication.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Process orders, returns, and account updates
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly
Document interactions in CRM system
Collaborate with peers and escalate complex issues when needed
Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask
Team-oriented approach with attention to detail
