Akkodis is seeking a

Business Analyst

for a

Contract

with a client in

Chicago, IL(Hybrid) . Candidates must have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow IRM to design workflows and analyze risk data aligned with regulatory frameworks.

Rate Range:

$60/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical capabilities.

Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including workflows, configurations, and system integrations.

Analyze risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and generate actionable reports.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as IT, compliance, and legal to support a unified risk management strategy.

Manage vendor risk and ensure regulatory compliance using ServiceNow tools and frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001.

Provide training and support to business users, enhancing adoption and effective use of the ServiceNow IRM platform.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on risk management and IT systems.

Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow IRM, including configuration, workflow design, and performance analytics.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001, and experience supporting compliance initiatives.

Pay Details:

$60.00 to $64.00 per hour
