What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Strengthen and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) for consistent risk identification, assessment, and reporting
Develop and produce enterprise-wide risk reports, dashboards, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Partner with Operations and Compliance to assess fraud risk exposures across processes and systems
Support governance and oversight of model and AI/ML risks, including validation and performance reporting
Champion risk culture through training, communication, and awareness initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or a related discipline
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Fraud Risk, and/or Model Risk
Demonstrated experience with risk governance and reporting
Proficiency in GRC tools and advanced skills in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with AI or model governance frameworks
Understanding of risk frameworks such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000
Experience with data analytics
