Meet Our Team Pega’s Customer Service product marketing team is a key and integral component of Pega’s go-to-market, establishing the voice for its customer service offerings globally. As a primary interface between product management, marketing programs/campaigns, press/influencers, sales enablement, sales leadership, PR and brand teams, every day will be different, and you will be part of one of the most critical functions in driving Pega’s continued success.

We are looking for the right energetic candidate to provide product marketing leadership for our Pega Customer Service offering, ranked by Gartner as the LEADER in Core CRM solutions. In this exciting role you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow our market share and deepen our solution adoption with existing customers.

What You’ll Do at Pega

Lead market intelligence efforts focused on SAP‑related customer service trends, including modernization from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA.

You will work closely with customers, customer‑facing team, product management, partners and press/influencers to maximize the traction and success of Pega’s Customer Service solution.

You will lead Pega’s marketing programs for customer service and serve as a subject matter expert.

In this role, you will help educate sales, solution consultants, CSMs, and partners to clearly target the appropriate buyers, differentiate and communicate the benefits of Pega’s solution, create and execute go‑to‑market programs, evangelize the solution to existing customers, prospects, and the press.

Who You Are

A strategic product marketer with deep domain expertise in customer service and SAP ecosystems.

You possess deep domain expertise and knowledge of the inner workings of the contact center and the related technology.

You are a polished and engaging presenter, with proficiency presenting at the C‑suite level, including also proficiency presenting to industry analysts and the press.

You are a highly effective people manager, with ability to lead both junior and senior team members.

Importantly, you know how to juggle many priorities and competing demands for your time, effectively prioritizing personal and team priorities.

7+ Years of experience.

What You’ve Accomplished

A career in product marketing with proven track record.

Proficiency in customer service domain, with understanding of key market trends.

Comfort level with serving as spokesperson, presenting to largest groups and C‑level execs.

Able to influence thinking and strategies in a matrixed environment.

Success in managing and mentoring teams.
