This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, supporting investor reporting, and assisting with fund audits and valuations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.---### **Key Responsibilities*** Maintain the general ledger for multiple real estate investment funds.* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.* Reconcile fund-level cash, capital activity, and investment positions.* Record journal entries for capital calls, distributions, acquisitions, dispositions, and valuation adjustments.* Support the preparation of investor reporting packages, capital account statements, and performance metrics.* Assist with annual financial audits and tax return preparation, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.* Review property-level financial statements and ensure accurate consolidation at the fund level.* Prepare supporting schedules for management and investor requests.* Support forecasting, budgeting, and other analytical initiatives.* Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.---### **Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA a plus).* 2-5 years of experience in fund accounting, preferably within real estate private equity, investment management, or public accounting.* Strong knowledge of GAAP and investment fund structures.* Experience with real estate accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar) and fund administration platforms.* Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analytics tools a plus.* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.---### **Compensation & Benefits*** Competitive base salary and annual performance bonus.* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.* 401(k) plan with company match.* Generous PTO and hybrid work flexibility.* Professional development and CPA support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
