How you make a difference The Senior Director of Finance serves as a strategic partner to Operations, leading all financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis activities. This role manages financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed business decisions and operational efficiency. The position oversees due diligence and integration efforts for new sites and acquisitions while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The Senior Director fosters collaboration between Finance, Operations, and Corporate teams to align financial goals with strategic initiatives. They also lead a high‑performing finance team focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team, promoting accountability and professional development.
Partner with divisional and executive leadership to drive strategic financial planning and business performance.
Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational and client‑related activities.
Conduct due diligence and integration for new sites, programs, and acquisitions.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and data accuracy across the division.
Qualifications & Requirements EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or finance required; MBA preferred.
Experience within a multi‑site, healthcare, or services organization strongly preferred.
Proven track record of partnering with operational leaders to drive results.
EXPERIENCE
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a large‑scale environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive organizational change.
Experience with accounting or close‑cycle processes required.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
