We're looking for a Strategic Finance leader to be a key partner to our executive team as we scale. You'll own financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis that drives critical business decisions—from growth investments to fundraising strategy. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, giving you direct impact on how we build and grow the company.
What You'll Do
Build and own financial models
that power decision-making across the business—forecasting revenue, expenses, cash flow, and scenario planning for various growth trajectories
Manage budgeting and cash flow
with a keen eye on burn rate, runway, and capital efficiency throughout our growth stages
Track and analyze startup metrics
including unit economics, ARR/MRR growth, CAC/LTV ratios, and other key growth levers
Prepare investor materials
including board decks, monthly/quarterly reports, and financial presentations for fundraising
Partner with leadership
on strategic initiatives like pricing strategy, market expansion analysis, and resource allocation decisions
Build scalable financial processes
and ensure accounting controls are in place as we grow
Support fundraising efforts
by preparing financial materials, models, and investor Q&A
What We're Looking For
3+ years in Investment Banking or Venture Capital
with strong deal/financial analysis experience
Expert financial modeling skills —you can build complex models from scratch and pressure-test assumptions
Startup metrics fluency —deep understanding of SaaS/tech business models, unit economics, and what drives growth
Hands-on operator mindset —you've worked in or closely with high-growth companies and understand the pace and priorities
Board-level communication skills —ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for executives and investors
Accounting foundation —comfortable ensuring clean books and building scalable financial processes
Excel/Google Sheets power user
and experience with financial planning tools
Thrives in fast-paced environments —you move quickly, adapt easily, and get energized by ambiguity
Nice to Have
Prior experience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C)
Experience with fundraising processes (Series A/B/C rounds)
SQL or data analysis skills
MBA or CFA
