3-5 years of experience in software development, focusing on backend engineering, distributed systems, and APIs Experience with technologies such as Kotlin, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, and Vercel Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment Familiarity with microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Spark) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
