Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Responsibilities
Act as the initial point-of-contact for all HR and accounting related matters
Manage the recruitment process in your community, including updates in the ATS, outreach to and screening of candidates, and managing the offer and onboarding process
Interpret policies and procedures and communicate them to all employees both proactively and in response to questions
Process A/R and A/P timely
Process monthly billing statements and answer related questions from residents and families in a timely manner
Process employee payroll and archive and discard payrolls at the end of each cycle
Analyze variances in departmental payroll vs. budget
Gather monthly accruals from department heads
Produce proposals and presentation packets
Requirements
2-year degree in a Business-related field; 4-year degree from an accredited university in a Business-related field preferred
Excellent organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of ADP payroll systems and basic GL and Accounts Payable systems
3 years of business office experience with HR and accounting
Prior Human Resources experience and/or education preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of HRIS system a plus
