The Senior Director Channel Strategy & Execution - Food service is a key member of the North America (NA) Go to Market Team at McCain. This role assumes responsibility for creating an exceptional in-market implementation of McCain’s sales execution to meet the dynamic and unique needs of the Foodservice channel, making McCain the supplier of choice to partners. The role blends strategic thinking, execution, commercial business acumen, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day business. What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate the channel’s contribution to the development and shape of the annual operating commitment, converting this into annual plans and a proactive activity calendar in line with North America and BU objectives (e.g., Potato, Appetizers). Collaborate with Commercial peers to inform market mapping, environment prioritization, customer prioritization, and customer growth plans. Oversee the channel and category functions, partnering with channel dedicated culinary and sales analysts to deliver a differentiated experience for McCain customers in market. Ensure exceptional execution in the channel by partnering with Sales leadership to execute customer growth plans and deliver category commitments to strategic partners. Develop, implement, and maintain executional plans in the Channel to drive customer engagement and sustained commercial growth in line with the company’s strategic plan. Influence new propositions and changes to existing propositions; prepare internal and external launch plans that engage and differentiate McCain. Monitor, track, and evaluate operational dimensions of sales execution with NA and BU perspectives as part of target setting and planning. Deliver commercial insights and value-added analysis to support management decision making and execution. Contribute to commercial controls, processes, and oversight of all sales execution in market with an integrated cross-functional approach. Provide timely reporting and results analysis to recommend corrective actions to the VP Go to Market, SVP Sales, BU Presidents, and the Commercial team based on business results. Lead the development and implementation of functional strategies and initiatives for direct reports that align with annual and long-term plans; develop culture and meet/exceed business objectives. Build high-performing teams and develop talent to drive performance and support succession planning. What You’ll Need To Be Successful

10+ years of progressive commercial leadership within a global CPG or Food & Beverage organization, including at least 5 years leading teams. Proven success developing and executing channel growth strategies across retail, foodservice, or QSR environments. Deep understanding of category management, shopper marketing, and sales execution, ideally with large customers (e.g., Walmart, Costco) and mass/grocery channels. Strong strategic influencer able to align cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Entrepreneurial, performance-driven, with urgency, ownership, and accountability for results. Data-literate and commercially astute, translating insights into actionable plans and forecasts. Authentic, people-focused leader who aligns with McCain’s culture of humility and collaboration; demonstrates resilience, integrity, and leadership principles. About McCain

Our location options include US and Canada roles as listed; compensation and benefits vary by country and role. The company may offer hybrid work arrangements depending on role and location. Compensation Package: $165,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD annually + Bonus eligibility + Long-term incentive eligibility.
