Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our Field Services team in the Louisville area. This role involves providing both on‑site and remote technical support to end users across various departments and agencies. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering reliable IT support in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview

Provide deskside and remote support for end‑user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a Windows‑based environment.

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment.

Interface directly with users, offering clear communication and excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and under pressure.

Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $22.00/hr.
