Staff or Senior Accountant
to support our day-to-day financial operations and contribute to our continued success.
About the Role:
In this role, you will handle a variety of accounting functions including general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. The position is full-time and fully in-office, offering the opportunity to work closely with a high-performing accounting and finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support financial statement preparation and internal reporting
Manage fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany transactions
Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5+ years of relevant accounting experience (public or private); senior-level title based on experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems a plus (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus (not required)
