What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians and medical staff
Develop and manage relationships with strategic implanting centers
Generate new sales by developing leads and qualifying prospects
Maintain up-to-date customer records and prepare call reports as required
Create and implement an annual business plan with quarterly updates
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Minimum of 1 year of experience in referral and therapy development
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage business within assigned budgets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience calling on physicians in related referral accounts such as Neurology, Oncology, or Internal Medicine
Familiarity with the operating room (O.R.)
Solid knowledge of the reimbursement climate
Experience in developing new, innovative markets
Proven leadership abilities and experience in consultative sales
