Responsibilities
Lead the Decideware platform enterprise wide and support the sourcing of creative agency services within Marketing Procurement, supporting the total category spend of $450M. This role reports to the Associate Director of Procurement for Creative Agencies. Support category management and sourcing across Advertising Procurement in the US/Global. Develop and implement global sourcing strategies leveraging the Supply Strategy Council (SSC) framework. Lead cross-functional teams through the sourcing process and provide strategy oversight for local category components. Lead Decideware platform initiatives including strategy, functionality, change management, and training. Manage Scope Management, Surveys, Rate Card Management, and stakeholder engagement within Decideware. Negotiate supplier contracts from initial review to execution. Develop and execute RFIs/RFPs aligned with strategic goals. Manage procurement transactions and resolve PO and vendor issues. Implement Supplier Value Management to foster innovation and continuous improvement. Develop and sustain global stakeholder relationships with a service mindset. Deliver on key metrics including savings, supplier diversity, ESG integration, and business continuity. Support diversity initiatives within the company and supplier base. Position Qualifications

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid model consisting of three total days on-site per week, with Friday remote, unless business needs require on-site presence. This model does not apply to field-based, facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based roles, or roles designated as remote. The salary range for this role is $104,200.00 - $163,900.00. The range reflects good faith estimates at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, location, and business needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
