is looking for a Logistics Lead (LL) to oversee tire selection, packing, weighing, marking, and counting for customer orders. The role involves driving TireHub vehicles, operating warehouse equipment, and leading a team of Logistics Specialists in a fast‑paced environment.
Job Overview The LL checks and verifies tire accuracy and manages order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles. The role requires safe driving practices, exceptional customer service, and strong communication with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute tasks and route logistics specialists for general warehousing, delivery service, and vehicle maintenance.
Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires to/from transport vehicles.
Verify selecting, packing, weighing, marking, and counting tires to ensure correct bin staging.
Operate pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles while meeting safety guidelines.
Participate in cycle counting, inventory control, and annual physical inventories.
Communicate daily operational summaries to leadership.
Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and process driver/vehicle maintenance logs.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct pre/post‑trip inspections, and report maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with TireHub policies, FMCSA regulations, and safety standards.
Engage in ongoing training and complete additional tasks assigned by leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience in general warehousing and proper product placement.
Capacity for frequent bending, pulling, rolling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Computer proficiency, including use of iPad and Roadnet/GPS navigation systems.
Valid driver’s license, minimum 2 years of driving history, and forklift certification.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety regulations and fueling protocols.
Maintain technical documentation and safety logs.

Required Experience and Qualifications
At least 1 year of general work experience.
Minimum 19 years old.
Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to operate TireHub vehicles safely.
Physical ability to lift, pull, push, and carry tires up to at least 50 lbs.
Working Conditions
Requires lifting, pulling, pushing, and moving tires (up to 50 lbs) and standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing.
Extended periods of computer use and repetitive key‑boarding.
Exposure to hazardous materials and protective equipment (gloves, eyewear).
Work in non‑climate‑controlled warehouses and customer locations.
Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturdays) may be required.
Night drives and inclement weather possible.
Must not exceed 400 lbs in weight or 6 ft 3 in in height.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $19.65 per hour with guaranteed $2.00 increases over the first year.
