The Impact You'll Make We at Danfoss Power Solutions are looking for a (Senior) Embedded Software Developer (m/f/d) in Neumünster.
You’ll be part of the team shaping the future of mobile machinery. With your expertise in embedded systems, you’ll help develop the next generation of our PLUS+1 Operating System platform system – used in construction, agriculture, and off-highway vehicles. Your work will directly impact performance, safety, and innovation in the field.
What You’ll Be Doing
Translating specifications and data sheets into reliable embedded software
Capturing and managing requirements using modern tools
Designing and implementing drivers for real-time embedded systems
Contributing to safety-critical software development
Collaborating with international engineering teams across Danfoss
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in embedded software development using C
Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., Cortex-M, TriCore) and interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C
Practical debugging experience (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers)
A collaborative mindset and experience working in cross‑functional teams
Fluency in English
