Relocation
Client will be seeking to convert resources to full time employees after 6 months on W2 contract. Candidates must be ready to relocate before FTE conversion. Candidates not open to relocation will not be considered. Relocation assistance will be provided. Client is located in Nashville Metro.
Description Client is embarking on a full-scale Oracle Fusion implementation, transitioning from JD Edwards. They are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant to support the HCM stream. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a multi-year transformation initiative and help shape the future of enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
Support Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Benefits, Payroll, Talent
Collaborate with implementation partner and internal SMEs to ensure accurate configuration and business alignment
Assist with UAT testing, requirements gathering, and functional documentation
Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
Provide continuity and support through go-live and post-implementation phases

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, this includes requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Provide functional and technical expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and HR Analytics
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications
Assist Payroll and Benefits teams with payroll runs and benefit enrollment windows and provide ongoing support
Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users
Prepare test cases and scripts. Lead and guide teams in quarterly release testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption
Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests
Be able to translate client requirements into optimal solutions
Conduct workshops and create functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
Prepare reports and documentation related to user testing, IT plans, projects
Experience Level 2-3 years experience with Oracle Fusion
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $72.00/hr.
