Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst
– Join our client’s full‑scale Oracle Fusion implementation, replacing JD Edwards.
Description Our client is transitioning to Oracle Fusion HCM and seeks a seasoned Techno‑Functional Consultant to support the HCM stream, shaping the future of enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the implementation partner and internal SMEs to ensure accurate configuration and business alignment.
Assist with UAT testing, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Provide continuity and support through go‑live and post‑implementation phases.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and HR Analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
Assist Payroll and Benefits teams with payroll runs and benefit enrollment windows, offering ongoing support.
Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other end‑user materials.
Prepare test cases and scripts, guiding quarterly release testing to ensure smooth upgrades.
Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests.
Translate client requirements into optimal solutions, including workshops and functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
Prepare reports and documentation related to user testing, IT plans, and projects.
Pay and Benefits Hourly rate: $68.00 – $72.00/hr.
