Overview
Advanced Practice Provider Manager, Urgent Care Service Line — Rochester Regional Health (RRH). The Service Line Manager for Advanced Practice Providers within Urgent Care will work with healthcare providers, nursing and operational leadership to assure the delivery of state of the art clinical care. The role develops and sustains an environment supporting excellence in APP practice and patient care, facilitates clinical education and clinical investigation, and promotes professional development of the APP workforce across RRH. Responsibilities
Clinical Practice: Develops, disseminates, enforces and maintains standard APP best practices, projects, programs, policies and guidelines. Reevaluates APP workforce staffing models and makes changes as indicated. Participates on committees and interdisciplinary forums concerned with patient care. Supports and participates in RRH educational and research programs. Leadership: Enables open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration. Facilitates optimal scheduling and cross-department workforce sharing and optimization in collaboration with healthcare providers, nursing and operational leadership. Influences care and services to the public. Professional Development: Oversees orientation/on-boarding of newly hired APPs. Supports ongoing development of programs and professional development for APP staff. Aligns professional goals with institutional goals. Finance: Collaborates with operational leadership to manage APP salary and wage budgets, clinical supplies and expenses, and equipment budgets. Understands health care economics affecting cost and quality. Attributes

$100,000.00 - $150,000.00 City
