What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and develop engaging training materials, including eLearning modules, videos, guides, assessments, and job aids
Utilize instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles to create effective training programs
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across departments to gather content and translate complex information into learner-friendly materials
Partner with the L&D manager to identify knowledge and skill gaps, aligning training programs with organizational goals
Support onboarding programs, professional development initiatives, and assist with LMS administration tasks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field, or relevant work experience
Minimum of 1 year of eLearning design and development experience
At least 1 year of experience in training, education, or corporate learning
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in computer use
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Practical experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and modern eLearning tools
Strong communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
