Sr. Analyst, Total Rewards – Aon Location:

United States, near an Aon office (remote as needed)

Role Overview:

Manage daily operations and administration of the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with third‑party vendors to support plan administration and oversee payment processing.

Address participant questions and assist with claims, appeals, audits, and legal requests.

Investigate and resolve complex retirement benefit matters, applying plan provisions and maintaining documentation.

Manage the Aon Savings Plan email inbox and coordinate communications.

Perform reconciliations for retirement plans and monitor recordkeeping expenses.

Conduct SOX compliance testing and user acceptance evaluations for applications and processes.

Support benefits communications and related projects.

Assist with project deliverables, monitor deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Qualifications and Experience

Significant experience with 401(k) plan administration.

Apply working knowledge of US retirement plan laws and regulations, with a solid understanding of EPCRS compliance requirements.

Demonstrate financial acumen by understanding budgets, accruals, and performing bank account reconciliations for retirement plans.

Conduct thorough research to identify, document, and resolve participant issues effectively.

Leverage data mining techniques to analyze and interpret results for informed decision‑making.

Bring audit experience, including 5500 filings, SOX testing, and annual plan audits.

CEBS and/or ASPPA certification is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Compensation Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
