We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Real Estate Assistant to join our high-performing residential real estate team in La Jolla. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and delivering exceptional service to clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and time-management skills Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools Experience in real estate, escrow, title, or a related field preferred California real estate license is mandatory Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn Details:
Part‑time: Approximately 5 hours/day, 5 days a week Flexible schedule for the right candidate Opportunity to grow with a successful and respected WSJ Realtrends‑ranked La Jolla‑based team Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks to support our real estate transactions Coordinate and prepare listing presentations and marketing collateral Set up and manage property showing schedule Attend showings, inspections, and run personal/business errands as needed Maintain organized systems and assist with client communication Support marketing and general office tasks as needed Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Confident using a variety of computer applications and digital tools such as Trello, Monday, Asana, Word, Excel Able to stay composed and efficient in fast‑paced or high‑pressure situations Skilled in administrative support, including document preparation and data entry Comfortable working independently while also thriving in a team setting Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on excellent client service Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and unexpected changes throughout the day Compensation
