Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00PM Pay Rate: $50,000.00/year The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees while maintaining compliance with federal, multistate, and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with Paycom and SAP payroll systems. IndoorMedia has approximately over 400 W2 employees and 500 Independent contractors Responsibilities: · Process multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly or semi- monthly basis for hourly, salaried employees and 1099 independent contractors · Verify timekeeping records, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and adjustments for accuracy · Would need to handle garnishments, benefits, loan/ advance paybacks, payroll taxes for a small group and manage Paycom for a larger group · Maintain and update employee payroll information in Paycom and/or SAP · Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies promptly · Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to management, accounting, and external agencies · Ensure compliance with all federal, multi state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws · Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W2 and 1099 preparation · Support audits by providing documentation and responding to requests from auditors or regulatory bodies · Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll processes and reporting efficiency Qualifications: ·
Experience with Paycom ·
Experience with SAP · Previous experience in payroll systems · Proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel and others · Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, and labor laws · Computer skills · 3-5 years’ experience as a Payroll Specialist · Strong attention to detail and accuracy and high level of confidentiality · Good communication and teamwork skills · Math skills
