We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and guide the company's fiscal strategy. This executive will oversee all financial activities, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning. The Vice President of Finance will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the organization and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. Key responsibilities of the Vice President of Finance: Lead Financial Strategy Shape and execute the company's financial vision, aligning fiscal planning with long-term business objectives.

Oversee Financial Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax filings, shareholder reports, and regulatory submissions.

Drive Forecasting & Budgeting Develop and refine financial forecasts and budgets, comparing projections to actual performance and adjusting strategies as needed.

Enhance Financial Visibility Build and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decisions.

Optimize Operational Efficiency Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for cost reduction, restructuring, or strategic investment.

Collaborate with Executive Leadership Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and support company-wide planning efforts.

Monitor Market Trends Evaluate long-term economic trends and assess their impact on company growth, profitability, and market share.

Explore Growth Opportunities Identify and assess potential expansions into new markets, product lines, or investment opportunities.

Manage Banking & Capital Relations Oversee relationships with financial institutions, manage credit lines and loans, and work with investment bankers to secure capital for growth.

Lead Finance & Accounting Teams Supervise the Controller and Accounting department, ensuring excellence in budgeting, audits, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications of the Vice President of Finance A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required). CPA designation (preferred but not required). 8-10 years of experience in financial management. Strong managerial and supervisory skills. Excellent analytical and strategic development capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Proficiency in database and accounting software systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Location: 100% on-site with professional courtesy Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000
