Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales goals and deliver 5-star service. Offer every client a personalized, high-touch shopping experience. Build strong relationships with loyal customers and local influencers. Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual merchandising. Plan and host in-store events to bring the brand to life in Miami. Analyze KPIs (UPT, ADS, conversion) and translate them into action.

The Person

3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail store management. Deep love for fashion, style, and authentic client relationships. Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven. Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus. Passionate about being on the floor, setting the tone, and leading by example.
