Accounts Payable Specialist
to take ownership of our vendor payments process and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across the board. What You'll Do: Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper approvals and coding to the general ledger
Manage weekly payment runs, check preparation, and ACH payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records and documentation
Support month-end close activities by providing AP data and reports
Assist with process improvements to streamline AP workflows and enhance accuracy
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Business Central, SAP, or similar)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
